Destination restaurants
Give local diners and travellers a clear path from discovering the restaurant to booking directly, then keep the relationship connected after the visit.

What usually goes wrong
Turn discovery into a direct reservation and a guest relationship.
The restaurant is hidden inside the hotel
Potential diners may see accommodation first and never reach a restaurant-specific story, booking page or reason to visit.
Marketing stops at the click
Without booking attribution, visibility and campaign activity cannot be connected confidently to reservations and covers.
The relationship ends after service
Guest history, feedback and review invitations are easily lost when reservations and follow-up live in separate tools.

Frequently asked
Can we see which campaign produced a reservation?
PlateStack records first- and last-touch attribution, campaign parameters and booking-funnel events so reservations can be analysed by source.
Can the booking journey look like the restaurant?
Yes. Each location can use its own name, imagery, colours and booking-page settings, or embed the booking journey into its own website.
Can we keep using our own analytics accounts?
Yes. Each restaurant can use its own Google Analytics and Tag Manager IDs, including visitors who arrive from a separate marketing site so the journey is not counted twice.
How is guest privacy handled?
Guests choose what they accept before anything non-essential runs, with separate choices for analytics and marketing. Their preference applies immediately and can be changed at any time.
What happens after the guest has dined?
The visit joins the guest's history, and an invitation can be sent automatically. Lower scores stay private with your team as direct feedback, while happier guests are offered the public platforms you choose.
