Connect PlateStack to the tools you already run

Your website, your analytics, your email domain and your own back-office systems. Nothing here asks you to move platforms.

Three ways to take bookings from your own pages

All three read the same availability, so there is never a second calendar to keep in sync.

Inline widget

A single script tag renders the booking flow inside any page of your site, styled with your colours.

Floating button

A persistent booking button that opens the flow over your existing page - useful on content-heavy sites.

Hosted page

A fast branded page per location on book.platestack.io, ready for links, ads, social profiles and QR codes.

Analytics

Your measurement stack, wired up properly

Add a GA4 measurement ID or a GTM container per location. PlateStack injects it on the booking page, links the domains so a session survives the jump from your site, and forwards the booking as a conversion.

  • GA4 and Google Tag Manager, configured per location
  • Cross-domain linking between your site and the booking host
  • Optional conversion value on each completed booking
  • Injection status panel showing whether tags are loading
  • A test console for firing and verifying the full funnel
  • Consent-gated: nothing fires until the guest agrees

Developers

A public API and webhooks

If you want your own front end or your own workflow, the same engine is available directly.

Public booking API

Query availability and create bookings from your own application, with the same validation the hosted page uses.

  • Availability and booking endpoints per location
  • Live and test keys with separate scopes
  • Allowed-origin lists and per-key rate limiting
  • Keys revocable at any time, with last-used tracking

Webhooks

Booking events are pushed to your endpoint as they happen, signed and retried on failure.

  • booking.created, booking.updated, booking.cancelled
  • Signed payloads with a per-endpoint secret
  • Automatic retries with a delivery log
  • Response codes and error text kept for debugging
Communication

Email from your own domain

Confirmations, reminders and review invitations are transactional emails sent under your brand, with every send recorded against the booking.

Guest email

Confirmation on booking, reminder before arrival, and a self-service link to change or cancel.

Review invitations

Sent after a completed visit, with the delay and wording you configure and permanent opt-out.

Team email

Daily digests and operational notices for the people running each location.

Questions

Integration questions

Will the widget work on our website platform?

If the platform allows a script tag or an HTML embed, the widget works - there is no framework or plugin requirement.

Can we use our own analytics instead of GA4?

The booking funnel is recorded inside PlateStack regardless, and webhooks let you forward booking events anywhere you like.

Is the API available on every account?

API keys are created per location by an administrator, with separate test and live modes.

See PlateStack running in your restaurant

We set up a working restaurant with your tables, service hours and booking rules, then walk the guest journey end to end with you.
